Whether you're a seasoned veteran or a keen-as-mustard novice, if you have a passion for all things IT and are looking for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
The Investors in People standard is all about recognising that the team is the heart of our business. Irrespective of the technology used or the challenges faced, we work together as one to deliver for our customers and make this a great place to work.
Here's five good reasons to go for it!
We love working together in teams, everything from pairs upwards. We believe a problem shared is a problem halved. You'll kick off every working day with our team scrum to discuss the day ahead, share knowledge and compare notes, teaming up with others to crack even the toughest challenges our customers have for us.
We don't like too much top-down management, we think it can stifle personal responsibility and initiative, so while we do have a structure and procedures to follow, you'll be encouraged to speak your mind and offer your opinion, even if you're just starting out.
It's a bold claim, but if you're looking for a fast-paced environment that will shift your skills development into top gear, you've come to the right place. As we serve many customers, each with different needs and systems, you'll be exposed to a wide range of technologies from day one.
Knowledge, skills and progression are part of our DNA. You'll have opportunities to work on formal Microsoft certifications, develop your customer service techniques and, if you fancy it, management skills.
If you're an ambitious type and want to progress into a leadership role then we can help you develop the skills and experience to make the step-up into management.
We're pretty good at it too. Our two most senior team members - our Managing Director and Operations Manager - both started with us in entry-level positions and worked their way up with our support.
We believe in having the right tools for the job and don't scrimp when it comes to kitting out our team. You'll have your own double-head workstation with wireless desktop that you'll use to access our customer systems and range of internal software tools.
As we tackle projects as well as support we have brand-new servers coming through the office on a weekly basis, so there's no shortage of chances to pop open the case on the latest server-grade kit too.
Plus we're always developing our tools, so if you have a creative flair and want to help us design better hardware or software solutions, grab a whiteboard pen and join the discussion!
As well as a competitive salary you'll receive access to our market-leading benefits package, including a profit share, matched pension contributions of up to 5% of your basic pay (1% better than most other firms) and more.
You'll also be able to take advantage of our flexi-time scheme to help smooth out your hours. If you have to work late (we'd rather you didn't, but you know how IT can be), we'll let you claim your hours back and go home early on a quiet day in return.
We like to say thank you in small ways too, so you'll not be short of invites to team social events and activities.
We're fixated on improvement, we can't get enough of it. We love nothing more than to find a way to make our product, our toolset or our environment better than it already is, and you'll be a part of that process.
We publish our Business Plan internally for all to see and regularly meet to discuss our progress and the improvements we have made, so you'll always know what we're planning and why.
You can be involved as much or as little as you like, so if you do spot an opportunity you like the look of or have a bright idea for the future, we'll be all ears.
